Obviously you hear allsorts of stuff when you first train but as time goes on you know what's truth and know what's myth through your own experiences , so what would you say are some of or are the biggest myths of training ?

Couple of years ago their was a kid at the IT training course I was on who thought he was all it. Me n a few mates were talking about gym and how much we each lift and this kid tried butting in the convo... The kid is about 5,6 n about 9-10 stone and reckoned he could lift 50kg an ARM on dumb bells! It was well funny, everyone just started pissing themselves. Really does take the piss when people lie about how much they lift though.
