Obviously you hear allsorts of stuff when you first train but as time goes on you know what's truth and know what's myth through your own experiences , so what would you say are some of or are the biggest myths of training ?

my mate takes steds and said it dont make anything smaller.....BUT

he said it does make your ball bag shrivle up(like when you take speed coke,pills ect) and you have to have a seperate jab for them to go back down.

thats no bullshit either hes been training for years on them ask ade freeman

depends what ya taking mate, some of them make your test levels go sky high and some of them make them drop dramatically, so you have to take something that contains testosterone to keep ya levels balanced. If your body knows that you're full of testosterone with out it actually producing any its self, it may shut down and stop producing it altogether as there's no point in it making something that it thinks you dont need

i think the stuff is called ECG or somethin, it alters ya homrones back to their original state.. so everythin apart from the trained muscles go back to normal

i also think a lot of people are deceived by weight in kg and dont actually know what it is! Thinkin ill say 100kg cause it dont sound a lot, but in reality you've gotta be in pretty good shape to bench that much weight!....

iv never needed to.. i never lost size or strenth, and had not one side effect.
the only thing noticable wen i finished my course was my face looked thinner,


wat is ur msn and ill show u wat i looked like wen i was in the middle of my course, and wat i look like now, hardly and different, i still train 5tyms a week and eat alot

no, the more weight u can lift, the stronger u are, although ther are diff types of strength...

i cant bench 4plates but i can rep out on 2n a half... were as someone alot bigger would stuggle to do reps but ther 1 rep max could be massive
