but there 192kbs is there anyway to improve them at all?

There's always denoising or declipping or hiss reduction etc but that's only really gunna clean it up if it has crackles or hiss in it. There's no actual way of improving bitrate (or no that I know of)

Ive done loads of reasearch into this . basicly reason why is 128 or 192 is cus its had loads of freqencys taken out of it which the untrained human ear cant pick up , there sound for the ipod or in the car but if u want em to DJ off it will sound terrible.

256-320kps is decent quality if its original source is a digital WAV

but if its come from a vinyl ripp , then its been fucked with , can sound like a sack of shit. Its all about how there recorded IMO and experince. Ive got 192kps ive been playing for years sound job done and rock the crowd every time , others 320 sound like shit.

yeah they came from vinyl but think would be shit if played out ill upload one as my monitors are fucked at mo so cnt actually tell. just sounds ridiculously quite.
